HomeTech Industries is voluntarily recalling certain electric kettles due to a safety concern. We have received reports that some units may overheat during use, which could pose a burn or fire risk. Customer safety is our top priority, and we are taking immediate action to address this issue.
The recall affects the QuickBoil Electric Kettle (Model KB-2000) manufactured between January 2024 and August 2024. You can find the model number on the bottom of the kettle and the manufacturing date on the product label inside the box. Approximately 15,000 units are affected by this recall.
If you own this product, please stop using it immediately and contact our customer service department. We will arrange a free replacement or provide a full refund. To process your request, you will need to provide the model number and your proof of purchase.
