Unless、Provided、As long asは、ifの代わりに使える条件を表す接続詞です。それぞれ異なるニュアンスを持ち、より正確で洗練された条件表現を可能にします。
いつ使うか
否定の条件（unless）、必要条件の強調（provided, as long as）、または制限や条件を明確に示したいときに使います。
