Dear Colleagues,
I am excited to announce the launch of our new Employee Wellness Program, "HealthyLife@Zenith," beginning March 1, 2025. This initiative reflects our commitment to supporting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of every team member.
Recent employee surveys revealed that work-life balance and health support are among your top priorities. In response, we have designed a holistic program that addresses multiple aspects of wellness. The program includes four core components:
First, Fitness and Physical Health: All employees will receive complimentary membership to FitZone Gyms, with 50 locations nationwide. The membership includes access to group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and swimming pools. Additionally, we are installing on-site fitness facilities at our headquarters and three regional offices, which will be available 24/7 starting April 1.
Second, Preventive Healthcare: We are expanding our annual health screening program to include comprehensive biometric testing, cardiovascular assessments, and nutritional consultations. Employees can schedule appointments with on-site healthcare professionals quarterly rather than just once annually.
Third, Mental Health Support: Recognizing the importance of psychological well-being, we have partnered with MindCare, a leading mental health platform. This service provides confidential counseling sessions, stress management workshops, and 24/7 crisis support. All services are completely free and can be accessed remotely or in person.
Fourth, Work-Life Balance Enhancements: We are introducing flexible scheduling options and "Wellness Fridays," where employees may leave two hours early on the last Friday of each month without using paid time off. We are also implementing a new policy allowing employees to work remotely up to three days per week.
To encourage participation, employees who engage with at least three program components will earn Wellness Points, redeemable for additional vacation days, gift cards, or charitable donations. Full program details and enrollment information will be available on the employee portal beginning February 15.
