この文法は何か
数量詞に of を伴う表現は、特定のグループの一部について述べるときに使います。all of、some of、many of、most of などがあり、通常、the/these/those/my などの限定詞や代名詞の前に置かれます。
いつ使うか
特定のグループ（the students、my friends、them など）の一部や全部について述べるときに使います。一般的なグループには of は不要です。
作り方
数量詞 + of + the/these/those/所有格 + 名詞 数量詞 + of + 代名詞（us/you/them）

- 💡特定のグループ（the、所有格、代名詞）には of が必要、一般的なものには不要
- 💡代名詞（us、you、them）の前には必ず of を使います
- 💡all は of なしでも使えますが（all students）、代名詞には必須（all of us）
- 💡動詞の単複は of の後の名詞に合わせます
- 💡分数やパーセントも of と一緒に使います
文化的注意点
口語では all of の of を省略することがあります（例: all the students）
none of は単数・複数どちらの動詞も使えますが、現代では複数形が一般的です
よくある間違い

of を使う場合は the が必要です。一般的な students なら of は不要です。
All us were happy.
All of us were happy.
代名詞の前には必ず of が必要です。
Some of student failed.

of を使う場合は the と複数形が必要です。

一般的な people には of は不要です。特定の people なら of the を使います。
Half of students is absent.

of を使う場合は the が必要で、動詞は students（複数）に合わせます。
